Air fryer potato chips
Delicious, quick, easy and healthy, these potato chips are the best snack.

- 2 Large Potatoes
- A few Sprays Olive oil
- A few sprinkles Salt
Pre- heat your air fryer to 180 degrees Celsius
Slice the potatoes as thinly as you can, either by hand or with a mandolin, no need to peel
Rinse under cold water
Pat dry on some kitchen paper
Spray with a little oil if desired
Add to your air fryer and cook for roughly 20 minutes, this will depend on your fryer, keep checking them and toss them regularly so they do not stick together
When they are cooked and crisp, remove from the fryer and serve with sprinkles of salt
