Air fryer potato chips

Delicious, quick, easy and healthy, these potato chips are the best snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Large Potatoes
  • A few Sprays Olive oil
  • A few sprinkles Salt

Instructions
 

  • Pre- heat your air fryer to 180 degrees Celsius
  • Slice the potatoes as thinly as you can, either by hand or with a mandolin, no need to peel
  • Rinse under cold water
  • Pat dry on some kitchen paper
  • Spray with a little oil if desired
  • Add to your air fryer and cook for roughly 20 minutes, this will depend on your fryer, keep checking them and toss them regularly so they do not stick together
  • When they are cooked and crisp, remove from the fryer and serve with sprinkles of salt
