  • Add the oats to a saucepan along with the oat milk and the water
  • Bring up to a gentle simmer
  • When it is almost at the consistency that you like ( around 5 minutes for me ), add the ground flax seeds and the honey and stir well
  • Enjoy with your favourite toppings
