Easy banana oat pancakes
These pancakes are so delicious and incredibly easy to make. A real family favourite without the calories or the gluten!

Add the gluten free oats to the blender and whizz until a fine powder is formed, usually about 30 seconds if you have a good blender
Now add the banana to the blender broken into chunks and all of the other ingredients
Blend until completely combined and smooth ( remember though it will not be as smooth as normal pancake mix)
Heat up a large frying pan or skillet to medium heat and spray with a little oil if desired
Add the batter to the pan with a large serving spoon so that you get a nice amount of batter for each pancake, I usually do two lots of 3 pancakes, but this will differ if I am feeding little people
The pancakes will take a couple of minutes to cook. You will know the first side is cooked because little bubbles will form on the surface
Carefully flip the pancakes over and cook for a couple of minutes on this side or until golden
Repeat this process for the rest of the batter
Serve with your favourite toppings
