Ingredients
  

  • ½ Cup Frozen blueberries
  • ½ Cup Frozen raspberries
  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 1 TBSP Ground flax seeds
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 2 Cups Plant based milk

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the dry ingredients to a blender cup
  • Top with your milk
  • Blend until smooth
  • Serve immediately
